Wetsuit Permission/Ban
The decision on whether wetsuits will be allowed for the swim will be made on race day, one hour before the start. The decision will be announced on-site via loudspeakers.
The use of wetsuits is regulated by the DTU Sports Regulations (DTU Sports Regulations 2024). The water temperature will be measured one hour before the start, and this measurement will determine whether wetsuits are permitted. Different temperature limits apply depending on the length of the swim course:
