Are you registered for the competition but unable to participate?

Withdrawals from the event are only possible via the following link.

You can choose between two options:

1. Canceling your registration:
   Upon cancellation, you will receive the following percentage of your entry fee back:

• Until April 30, 2025: 65%
• From May 1, 2025, to June 12, 2025: 50%
• From June 13, 2025, to July 31, 2025: 35%

2. Deferring your entry:
   Until June 30, 2025, you can transfer your registration to the following year. Your credit will only be valid for the next year and cannot be transferred to another person.

You will receive your credit voucher shortly before registration opens for 2026. Please note that a processing fee of €60 will be deducted from the voucher amount.

Starting August 1, 2025, cancellations or deferrals will no longer be possible. Changing names or substituting participants is strictly prohibited.

I have a medical certificate. Can I get a refund of my entry fee?
As communicated in the registration confirmation, a valid insurance policy is required for such cases. Refunds will not cover the full entry fee but will be issued according to the conditions applicable at the time of cancellation.

Can I transfer my entry to a friend or acquaintance?
No, entry transfers or name changes are not permitted for individual registrations. Any freed-up slots will be allocated to athletes on our waiting list.
