Registered for the race but can't take part?
You can only withdraw your registration via the link in your registration confirmation. You can choose between two options:
1. Cancel your race entry:
If you cancel, you'll receive the following share of your entry fee back:
2. Defer your race entry:
Until 30.06.2027, you can transfer your registration to next year. Your credit is valid only for the following year and can't be transferred to anyone else.
You'll receive your credit voucher shortly before registration opens for 2028. Please note that a €60 processing fee applies and will be deducted from your credit.
From 02.08.2027, cancelling or deferring your race entry is no longer possible.
Substitutions, distance changes and name changes are not permitted.
I have a doctor's certificate. Will I get my entry fee back?
As stated in your registration confirmation, you need to have taken out insurance for this. In such cases, we don't refund the full entry fee. Refunds follow the conditions that apply at the time of cancellation.
Can I pass my race entry on to a friend?
No. Entry transfers and name changes aren't possible for individual entries. Any places that become available go to athletes on our waiting list.
